WELCOME ADDRESS BY THE MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO, DELTA STATE SIGNAGE & ADVERTISEMENT AGENCY. It is my honour to welcome you to DESSAA, the agency charged by the Delta State Government with regulating outdoor signage and advertising across the State. Our mandate spans permitting, compliance monitoring, revenue collection, and enforcement, all in service of safer, better-organised cities for every Deltan.
His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has consistently backed this agency's work with the political will and resources needed to bring order to an industry that, for too long, operated without adequate oversight. To our partners in the advertising and signage industry, to the Local Government Areas across our twenty-five council areas, and to the residents of Delta State whose safety and visual environment we exist to protect, I extend my sincere gratitude for your continued cooperation and trust.
