WELCOME ADDRESS BY THE MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO, DELTA STATE SIGNAGE & ADVERTISEMENT AGENCY. It is my honour to welcome you to DESSAA, the agency charged by the Delta State Government with regulating outdoor signage and advertising across the State. Our mandate spans permitting, compliance monitoring, revenue collection, and enforcement, all in service of safer, better-organised cities for every Deltan.
