The Management of the Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency (DESSAA) hereby invites all Third-Party (3rd Party) Advertising Practitioners and relevant stakeholders operating within Delta State to an important stakeholders' meeting.

The meeting is scheduled as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 3 November 2026
Time: 2:00 PM Prompt
Venue: Delta State Innovation Hub, No. 1 DBS Road, Asaba, Delta State.

1.       Introduction and overview of DESSAA's regulatory mandate and operational framework.

2.       Stakeholder engagement and collaboration between DESSAA Management and Third-Party Advertising Operators.

3.       Introduction and implementation of the Centralized Smart Advertising Management Platform (CSAMP).

4.       Mandatory registration of advertising practitioners and advertising assets on the CSAMP portal, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

5.       Advertising permits, renewals, compliance requirements and digital revenue administration.

6.       Enumeration, verification and GIS mapping of outdoor advertising assets across Delta State

7.       Stakeholder concerns, operational challenges and recommendations.

8.       Questions, contributions and resolutions.

All concerned Third-Party Advertising Practitioners are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting, as discussions will focus on improving the administration, regulation, transparency and sustainable development of the outdoor advertising industry in Delta State.

Stakeholders are requested to be seated before the commencement of the meeting.
