The Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency (DESSAA) hereby announces the commencement of statewide awareness and sensitization on the Centralized Smart Advertising Management Platform (CSAMP). This announcement is directed at outdoor advertising practitioners, billboard owners and operators, business owners, signage owners, advertising agencies, media operators, corporate organisations and the general public.

CSAMP is a secure, centralized and cashless digital platform for the registration, administration, regulation and monitoring of signage and outdoor advertising across Delta State. It is designed to simplify regulatory processes, improve accountability and strengthen revenue administration.

1.         Digital registration: Online registration of businesses, advertising practitioners and advertising assets.

2.         Electronic permits: Processing of advertising permits, approvals and renewals.

3.         Cashless payments: Electronic billing, payments and issuance of digital receipts.

4.         Asset management: Centralized records and GIS-based mapping of advertising assets.

5.         Compliance monitoring: Improved verification and enforcement of applicable regulations.

6.         Accountability: Reliable transaction records, reporting and revenue reconciliation.

The Agency will work with the 25 Local Government Councils, traditional institutions, business associations, market unions and other stakeholders to facilitate public awareness, registration and the orderly implementation of CSAMP. All concerned are encouraged to register their business profiles and advertising assets and to cooperate with duly authorized DESSAA representatives during approved sensitization and enumeration exercises.
