Roadshow Terms of Permit

Last updated: October 6, 2026

By applying and making payment for a Roadshow Permit through the DESSAA-CSAMP platform, the Applicant agrees to the following terms:

1. Application & Approval

The Applicant shall provide accurate information regarding the roadshow, including the proposed date, duration, location/route, vehicles, and nature of promotional activities.

Submission of an application or payment of the applicable fee does not automatically constitute approval. The roadshow may only commence upon approval by DESSAA.

2. Permit Validity

The permit shall only be valid for the approved applicant, dates, duration, locations/routes, and activities stated in the application. Any extension, change of route, date, or other material change may require prior approval and additional payment.

3. Payment

All applicable roadshow fees shall be paid through the approved DESSAA-CSAMP payment channels. Fees and applicable charges shall be displayed before payment.

4. Roadshow Conduct

The Applicant shall ensure that the roadshow:

  • Does not obstruct traffic or endanger road users;
  • Does not cause unreasonable noise or public nuisance;
  • Does not damage public or private property;
  • Operates only within approved routes and locations; and
  • Complies with applicable laws and directives of DESSAA and other relevant authorities.

The Applicant shall be responsible for the conduct of its personnel, promoters, drivers, vehicles, and contractors.

5. Advertising Materials

All branded vehicles, banners, displays, sound equipment, and other promotional materials used during the roadshow must comply with applicable DESSAA requirements.

DESSAA reserves the right to require the removal or modification of any unauthorized or non-compliant advertising material.

6. Compliance & Enforcement

DESSAA reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a permit and take appropriate enforcement action where an Applicant violates these Terms, the conditions of the permit, or applicable regulations.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests shall be subject to applicable DESSAA policies. Payment does not automatically guarantee a refund.

8. Applicant Responsibility

The Applicant shall be responsible for the safety, conduct, vehicles, equipment, personnel, and activities associated with the roadshow and shall obtain any additional authorization required by other relevant authorities.

9. Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, the Applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to comply with these Roadshow Terms of Permit.
