Vehicle Branding Permit
Required for any advertisement displayed on a vehicle or fleet operating on roads within Delta State.
Who it's for
- Brands and businesses advertising on their own cars, vans, buses or trucks.
- Fleet owners and transport operators renting vehicle space to advertisers.
- Advertising agencies running transit campaigns on behalf of a client.
When to use it
- Before a branded vehicle goes into service on Delta State roads.
- When adding more branded vehicles to a campaign, or extending its dates.
- For any wrap, decal or mounted panel used for advertising.
This permit is not for
- Mobile promotions or convoys moving along a planned route — use the Road Show / Activation Permit.
- Fixed signage on land or premises — use the Signage Permit.

Documents
All three are required. Max 5MB per file.
- Image of the AD Campaign
- ARCON Vetted Certificate
- Company CAC Registration Certificate
The campaign image must be an image file. Certificates may be PDF, PNG or JPG.
