Road Show / Activation Permit

Required for mobile promotions, brand activations and campaign road shows that use public roads and spaces in Delta State.

Who it's for

  • Brands running product or service promotions with vehicles, promoters or sound.
  • Agencies and event companies organising activations on behalf of a client.
  • Organisations running corporate or campaign road shows along a route.

When to use it

  • Before any road show, convoy or street activation takes place.
  • When the activity follows a route, or uses sound or a public address system.
  • For each new event, or when changing approved dates or routes.

This permit is not for

  • Ongoing branding on vehicles that are not part of a planned event — use the Vehicle Branding Permit.
  • Starting the road show before approval. Activities may only begin once DESSAA approves the permit.
